What do you do when a gloom is weighing on your day?
Tea is one of my staples. it is amazing how much making some tea can help. It goves you a task that you can focus on, with a warm and comforting outcome. It doesn’t magically change my mood, but it does help keep me from spiralling and refocuses to a positive direction
