It’s okay to say what you need to say whether that’s venting or whatever. Because if you hold it in, it’ll lead to additional problems.

It’s okay to be yourself and if you feel stigmatized or shamed for doing so, keep being yourself.

Love yourself.

Live your life the way you want to live.

Let’s all be kind to one another.

We’re all human – With feelings.

Just because someone says their fine or “looks okay,” DOES NOT mean they are okay.

Start with a “hello.” Acknowledge the persons presence.

A few simple words can make the persons day.
