“If you have anxiety, you should reduce you caffeine intake”. I find it difficult to explain to people how debilitating anxiety is. How exhausting it is to feel emotionally drained, with your heart going so fast it could beat a Ferrari, you chest on fire and in so much pain you struggle to breath, your trembling fingers that can’t feel or grasp anything… All of this, while you’re forced to keep smiling. Working, studying, listening to people while slowly disassociating.

So coffee becomes an addiction that creates a vicious circle. A circle so difficult to break!
