We couldn’t have said it better. Our confidence and self esteem is what helps us to bounce back from set backs and challenges that alllll of us face and sadly building it takes more than waking up once and saying “I’m going to be confident”. We have to start training our brain to think.. yeh I’ve got this, i am enough and I CAN do this despite whatever!
