Having an invisible illness you can look at me and you’d never know what I go through on a daily basis, no one knows the amount of times I’ve been laying on my own thinking i am about to die, even when i am in front of people they have no idea in my mind i am going into panic, how scared I am, sometimes I can’t hide it 100% and someone will tell me I don’t look well or ask if I’m okay, people will see me one day and before I see them again I will of gone through so many battles, and when they see me again I just look the same as before, even though I am more open now about my illness no one really knows the amount of battling I have to do daily, makes me think about how many people I talk to are going through the same battles, upsets me to know so many of you are probably laying in bed now struggling or at work just wanting to get back to your safe zone or out with your friends worrying more than having fun, some even in a place where you can’t even go out and are spending each day just getting by and not living, this illness can make you that afraid of dying that you stop living. #anxiety #panicattack #mentalhealth #mentalillness #mentalhealthawareness #anxietyhelp #depression #depressed #socialanxiety #healthanxiety #worldmentalhealthday
