🌱Do you know you can change your thoughts and therefore how you feel which impacts your actions? Your thoughts could be impacting your anxiety!

🌱Yes you can, but not until you realise this is possible and become aware of your automatic thoughts.

🌱Start by writing down when you feel bad, upset, overwhelmed or maybe you just can’t put your finger on it but you know it feels errrrhhhhhh!

Start journaling this.

🌱Keep doing this everytime and watch if you can spot an emotion that keeps coming up? A thought that keeps repeating, a situation that causes you stress etc.
