🌱Everytime you worry you are in effect able to focus on a worry 100% give it Your full attention & make it powerful in your life, it can change the decisions you make & what you do after, this will change every situation in your life.

🌱You did that, your mind is a brilliant tool, its not a bad thing to point it out its to show you what you are capable of, when u put ur to it,so if it’s capable of 100% focus it’s capable of a focus that will lift your life to your full potential in a subject that you choose. Something that will give you complete joy, this subject is of your choice.

What could that be?
What would you like to be?
Where would you like to be?

🌱Imagine if you calculate that you spent 16 hours a day focused on a worry, what would happen if you focused on an idea, a project, a positive thought, amazing things right?

🌱So how?
.
Start noticing when you are worrying, now when you notice question that worry, can you do anything about it?
Yes? ok
put a plan in place to do something about it and do it. So no need to worry right? .
No you can’t do anything about it, then don’t worry say to yourself ’ I can’t do anything about this it’s just ruling my day & my energy’.
.
THEN remind yourself of 3 things you are grateful for, to give your mind a positive kick😊😊😊 then focus on your present moment and your project, whatever that me be.

🌱Repeat repeat repeat you’ll get better it’ll get easier you’ll see the sun shining before you know it, you will be learning a new way to think and it will stick with you.

🌱If you get a day that it’s just is not happening, just go with it, don’t beat yourself up, a self hug and early night, the sun will come up tomorrow & you’ll get there then.🤗
