RECOVERY | REMINDER .
The beginning of anxiety ( anxiety disorders) and panic healing is always the hardest, you are starting with no idea that change is really possible, you cannot feel it yet, cannot picture the end, when you find it’s hard and you feel like you’ll never get there, these thoughts that focus on the idea that you can’t see how you’ll get there? will sabotage that little leap of faith and you can’t let them, don’t let them drag you down or even beat yourself up thst you feel like that, it is normal to doubt but you can’t let doubt win.

Focus will get you through, very quickly things begin to turn around, I remember the beginning very well.
.
A thought I had was ‘I know I need to find a focus that isn’t anxiety thoughts but I feel I’ve lost the things I love to do, I don’t want to listen to music, I don’t want to danse, I’m lost I have nothing I enjoy to make me happy’
.
THEN I thought, ’ well put the music on anyway’ I looked for new music and found something within 10minutes that I enjoyed. I was elated i had found joy again.

What I had been doing was THINKING I wasnt going to enjoy the music but not practicing, not putting music on to feel it in my ears and my heart, no just THINKING that it’s not for me.
.
So in your search for a positive focus never just THINK it’s not for me, TRY things, you cannot know what you like until you try.
