🌱Feeling overwhelmed can be like really a situation has become so tough to deal with that you end up trying got block it out in order to survive and then unable to get past it.

🌱Feeling overwhelmed can have you deep in anxiety, feeling panicky but because you have without realising, put up a road block to survive, youll feel that you have no idea where anxiety came from or not know how to feel better. 🌱If you are able to become aware of when you are feeling OVERWHELMED? You can try this technique in order to help you.

And practice and practicing this will give you am understanding of your reactions more and more.

🌱If you experience anxiety it may also be helpful to try and think ’ has there been a time that you may have been overwhelmed, could that time still be effecting you?
Think about that time
Let out all you feelings and thoughts about that, on paper too.

🌱Look at the way you have been thinking, did you put yourself in a negative light, talk to yourself in a not kind way?
.
🌱That time when you felt overwhelmed, it wasn’t your fault you felt like that, it’s actually a normal thing when a situation is too much and you dont know what to do to try to protect yourself buy blocking it out but it’s not healthy for you the stress stays in your body and can come out in many other ways, like anxiety, like panic, like eczema, like asthma, etc etc.

👍CBT tools can help you get passed that time and not using the same patterns to get through you life but living it with nothing holding you back.
