MINDSET AWARENESS

Do you beleive you can get though anxiety? Are you open to practicing new ways? Does something always stop you trying?
.
You must believe you are capable of trying and be open to seeing how you feel along the way. .
No self sabotage, thinking you’ll never be able so no point in trying. Yep you never make it like that true!
.
If you think you can’t yep you won’t because it will never happen, you have put the breaks on, if you think you can try and learn and get there you will, because you set the wheels in motion.
.
Practicing awareness of self sabotaging thoughts is a start, if you can spot when you are making excuses you can then talk back to yourself. ’ if I don’t try this I’ll never know and I will for sure be in the same place, so let’s try’.

Practice is for everyone!

You can read all a subject but if you don’t practice you’ll never know. .
Surgeons can spend years in thier books learning about surgery but until they practice they are not surgeons.
.
You can read all about out meditaion but unless you practice you’ll never know what they are talking about.
.
Be conscious that you may have a fixed mindset and try a growth one. .
