FINDING BALANCE | TAKES TIME

🌱We all know that we need balance and starting lists to manage your time is a good idea, that healthy food is better for your mental health too, excersise is brilliant to get out all the stress and you feel great after, that water gives you energy, clears the toxins, gives you good skin, I could go on couldn’t I? Theres many things that are good for you & all of it reduces stress and therefore anxiety. 🌱But when you hit a small period where it’s not happening, like someone says do you do sport? And you’re so overwhelmed from the to-do list you haven’t the energy to reply, “actually today if I actually manage to have a toilet break it will be a miracle and in that time I might cry because this is f****n hard going, but you just say no, and get that ‘oh’ look. .

🌱It’s not the time to give up and go through in your mind how this spells a faliure! Noooooooooo!

🌱It’s time to say ‘look I’m on form but I can’t be bang on everything the whole time, I’m juggling this and trying to learn and I’ll get there’. These things are good for you and you should always look to have things in your life that are for your health but life is full on so when it doesn’t happen for what ever reason, don’t worry you’ve got this tomorrow. 😘
