✏TOP OF MY LIST.
Anxiety from trying to remember the whirl of thoughts and things to do.
A Simple bullet journal.
This is a place I put everything!!!!! Every list and every note.
BUT I do not get involved in the fafffffff! All these youtube videos to make it look lovely! Well that just stressed me out because the focus was gone and I thought ACTUALLY I don’t have time for the faff I just want an organiser, if I had time for faff I wouldn’t need a journal, don’t get hung up on it looking good you just need to feel organised and have all tabs on paper and not in your head…. .
CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT LISTS. PART OF MY SELF CARE BECAUSE I KNOW IT HELPS ME.
✏But then comes the list of what I do have to do because if I don’t write it down I get in a mess and start to worry I’ve forgotten something or I get overwhelmed trying to Remeber this whole thing. It’s too much. .
✏I have to remind myself I’m not a computer I’m human write that stuff down. Think about how many things you have to Remeber now, all these flippin passwords and user names. It is too much.
✏So I have many lists

📅Every now and then I get the hump writing stuff down and I stop doing them and then trying to remember everything again I get myself in a pickle. I’m not good as a pickle🥒😊. So the lists come back. .
