Morning routine is so important. It’s the first place I start when someone is feeling low. -set an alarm
-don’t snooze, however hard it is drag one leg and then the next out of bed
-get a drink
-get something to eat
-wash/brush your teeth
-change clothes
-make the bed (this one’s important, you’re less likely to get back in it and when you go back to bed you’ll be reminded of one of the first things you achieved today)

Getting up and out of bed will support some biochemical changes that will help to wake you up. Staying in bed until you feel awake very rarely happens!
