So when we jitter and place ourselves into anxious body postures our brain recognizes this and then rushes around trying to find out all the possible things that could be wrong.
It can be a simple change in body posture, even when it is β€œfaked”, that actually helps shift us out of anxiety and into confidence.
This connection is so powerful that simply standing in a confident stance for two minutes actually changes the levels of hormones related to anxiety and confidence! .
Check in with your body often. Scan it to see how you are positioned. Make adjustments and breathe deeply. .
