🌱For everyone there is a daily amount of actions that must be taken care of, when you wake up it’s running through your mind already. Huh! Pfffff! .
It feels like a lot, a mountain to climb everyday and can cause immediate anxiety in the morning…

🌱How can you make this feel better?
.
🌱Making a list before, the night before or try a little bullet journal ( basic no drawing and colouring, that’s not the point and we end up thinking I need to learn calligraphy before I can have this, when you have time after go for it! )
.
🌱Turn those thought around, I have tried this for months and it’s great! When I’m feeling ugggghhh! I’ve got to do this thing but I just don’t feel motivated. I turn it around and say ‘Hey your lucky you get to do this’ and I’m motivated I suddenly find enjoyment in it. It’s truely about how you view your world. .
