Well you absolutely need to make🔌RECHARGING your priority.
🤖We’re not built like mobile phones where the advice is, to keep your battery healthy let the phone run all the way down and then charge fully.
🤔Funny way to put it yes but can you see any comparisons in your life to a mobile phone?
Are you running your battery all the way down until the point that you are @ zero? Or constantly running on 4%? 😣
🙏You can’t function like that, you are a human being with a nervous system that is probably trying to tell you ‘we cant do this’. If you are experiencing anxiety too this is a sign, it’s not your enemy or anything to Fight against, these are mind and body kindness signs to tell you.
‘hey listen up, we can’t do this we need some regular recharging we’re at danger levels, love your body and mind enough to keep us healthy, we want to survive and be happy.

CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF
👍A BREATHING CHECK stop to take some full breathes to your tummy.
👍A TENSION CHECK are you tense anywhere release on the exhale
👍A WATER CHECK have a glass of water
💕Use these moments to talk to your self with kindness and appreciate the moment you have to just BE for a moment.
🌱These moments will help you just enough for you to realise what you need, a time to listen to your body and make space for some different thoughts, inspiration can be, what brings you joy, some happy memories, what you are grateful for, to enjoy nature + and to plan more recharging time.
