The state of your relationships, both romantic and platonic, impacts your health. if you have positive and healthy relationships, your health will generally be better, you will suffer less stress and be happier. but a toxic, unhealthy relationship can be absolutely detrimental to your mental health. a bad relationship can cause so much stress, and as we all know, stress is so, so bad for your health. it can be hard to know if your relationship is healthy or not, so i compiled this list, to hopefully help any of you who are having doubts about the healthiness of your relationship. our human intuition is a powerful thing, so if something feels wrong, chances are, it is wrong. no relationship is a perfect fairytale, but if a relationship is causing you more stress than bliss, it’s most likely not good for you. prioritize yourself, and let go of the toxic relationships that harm you. you deserve to be surrounded by love, and be treated with respect. always remember that ❀️ β€’
