I will be running this post every Monday so we can start to think mindfully about who we are…but also who we want to be….if it’s positive write it. If it’s negative maybe don’t write it, notice the thought then let it pass, let it go. The most helpful thing a person ever taught me was that “it’s JUST a thought, you don’t HAVE TO act on it”.
